TWP is available in select markets and retail stores across the country. Best to contact the manufacturers for possible locations. In many cases, it is not available locally. It may be easier and less expensive to purchase from one of the 2 sites above.
Big Box Stores
TWP is not sold in Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, etc. To do this, TWP would either have to change its formula or move operations offshore, to be competitive with the “big box” brands sold there.

You can use it but Exotic Hardwoods like Tigerwood will need to be reapplied annually.
Hi, I have 5gal of twp 100 clear deck stain the wood to be stained is now going to be yellow or red ceader, I would like to add a tint to 100 stain now, can that be done? and if so how do I chose the right one? thank you Scott
It is not possible to add tint into the TWP stains. You can mix TWP colors though. Meaning you can add a tinted color of the 100 Series into the clear. It will lighten the tinted color though by roughly 1/2 if doing a 50/50 mix.

We live in Seattle, cedar shakes on our roof, previously stained with oil-based products. Well seasoned shakes, now time to apply new product. Pressure washed, bleached and all mold removed. Do I used the TWP 200 product and is it a semi-solid body stain that once applied is uniform in color? Two coats? Thank you….

I had the Behr Premium stain fail on my deck and have gone through the painstaking effort of completely removing the stain via pressure washer and sanding. I’m back to the bare wood like when it was new 2 years ago. I’m dealing with cedar as well as pressure treated wood. I understand that after sanding that I should use the brightener and the cleaner on the surface with 48 hrs. dry time. However, the Ohio weather is turning colder too quick and our fear is that we are not going to have the temps needed to stain prior to the even colder weather coming in. We are using the TPW 1500 stain. Will the wood be ok over the winter…then in spring, use the brightener and the cleaner then stain….??? It’s a very large deck with lots of railing that took much longer to strip the bad stain than anticipated…and we are just running out of time. What do you advise???
